As an Employee...
You will be accountable for your input of rating.

No one can fill in the Form for you.
As a Manager...
You can focus on each team member who is eligible for the performance review.
You take ownership to give a fair assessment to your team.
Your Ops Manager will receive the 1st ICs’ Form only. You have to discuss your team members’ form with the Ops Manager.

… if you refer to the wrong appraisal form
The CORRECT form is assigned to you based on your role.
… if you forgot to save your file.
Your input is saved constantly and kept in ‘Cloud’
… if you misplace your form & seen by others
It is PAPERLESS & can only be seen by you, through
your SuccessFactors login.

A 5-point Rating scale will be used now.​

Purpose of Our Performance Management Process

The Performance Management Process is introduced to instill our commitment towards achieving a high-performance culture.

A collaborative approach that employees and managers need to work together on.

At the end of the cycle, our performance can be assessed, and overall feedback is given so that we can strive for better performance.
